Job Summary

You will interpret AutoCAD drawings to perform quantity take-offs, collaborate with architects and main contractors to meet project requirements, manage online sales follow-ups, prepare monthly claims and submissions, and maintain organized contract and administrative documentation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret AutoCAD drawings to accurately perform quantity take-offs for project estimation
• Collaborate with architects and main contractors to clarify and fulfill their project requirements
• Manage online sales processes by following up on quotes to support business development
• Prepare and submit monthly claims to ensure timely project billing and compliance
• Review contract documents to identify key terms and obligations for project execution
• Maintain organized administrative filing of project and contract documentation
• Support team members by sharing expertise and assisting in project-related tasks
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including occasional Saturdays, to meet project deadlines
