Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, packing, and daily kitchen operations
- Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
- Receive, store, and replenish ingredients and supplies
- Assist with stock control and inventory checks
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform general housekeeping and other duties assigned by Management
