Main Responsibilities

• Update accounting data ensure information are accurate and available whenever needed;

• Prepare financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, etc), handle bank reconciliation;

• Prepare monthly profit & loss reports for entities, performance analysis and variance investigation and reporting;

• Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, handle annual audit & tax enquiries from auditor and tax agent;

• Assist with other accounting projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;

• At least 3 years full set experience;

• Strong accounting knowledge;

• Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment;

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

• Prior working experience in F&B, POS, Microsoft NAV is a plus;

• Cheerful personality and team player.
