Plan, organize, and oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations.

Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-effective operational strategies.

Supervise warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records.

Develop and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Resolve shipping, delivery, and operational issues in a timely manner.

Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of logistics staff.

Prepare operational reports, analyze logistics data, and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
