Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
• Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the Singapore business environment and industry practices is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
