Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in T.A.G. CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key responsibilities:

• Lead quantity take-offs from tender drawings: demolition (concrete, rebar, structural steel, salvage), bulk earthworks (cut/fill, disposal streams, imported fill), and reinstatement scopes
• Build full cost estimates and pricing for main tenders and sub-quotations (public agencies: HDB, SLA, JTC, Sport SG; and main contractors)
• Draft and manage tender submissions, post-tender clarifications, and Annex D/Form of Tender documentation
• Prepare and defend progress claims under SOPA; manage payment responses, variations, and final accounts
• Identify, substantiate, and negotiate VO claims with main contractor QS teams
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations; manage back-to-back terms
• Mentor junior QS staff and build standardised measurement and pricing templates
Support site teams on measurement disputes, joint surveys, and record-keeping

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Building
• 3+ years QS experience with a Singapore contractor; demolition, earthworks, civil, or structural background strongly preferred
• Strong command of SOPA claim/response timelines and Singapore standard forms (PSSCOC, SIA, REDAS)
• Able to read structural and civil drawings fluently and perform first-principles measurement (candidates will complete a take-off test)
• AutoCAD/Bluebeam measurement and strong Excel; independent, deadline-driven, direct communicator
