Full Time Logistics Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,800 in GENETRON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Summary

As a Logistics Executive, you will coordinate regional order fulfilment and logistics operations from our Singapore headquarters. You will work closely with regional sales offices, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, import/export compliance, and service logistics. You will also provide basic finance and administrative support related to logistics documentation and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Process customer purchase orders and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and shipment progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers on lead times and order fulfilment.
• Keep regional sales teams updated on order status.

Logistics & Supply Chain

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs/Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and customs documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures.

Service Logistics

• Coordinate collection, delivery, repair, and calibration shipments.
• Track service items and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Work closely with customers, service engineers, and logistics partners to ensure timely turnaround.

Order Administration & Documentation

• Prepare customer invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents.
• Verify supporting documents before invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and logistics transactions.
• Assist with supplier invoice verification and finance-related documentation.
• Support inventory movements, stock reconciliation, and administrative reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or order administration.
• Experience in import/export documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, ABSS Premier, Info-Tech Software, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping is an advantage.
