Full Time Principal Engineer (LSR Process Technology) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 9,000 in RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Our client is a leading medical device contract manufacturer with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and China. They are looking for Principal Engineers to lead Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) process technology and support the full product lifecycle of regulated medical devices.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Lead LSR molding technology across the full medical device product lifecycle, from product development to commercialization and sustaining engineering
• Drive process development, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), design for manufacturability (DFM), and continuous process improvement
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR/QMSR, and other regulatory requirements
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Suppliers to support new product introduction, technology transfer, and manufacturing excellence
• Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for LSR molding, mentoring engineering teams and leading cross-site engineering initiatives

Requirements

• Degree or Master's in Mechanical, Materials, Polymer, Biomedical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in LSR molding within the medical device manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR/QMSR, process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and quality systems
• Hands-on experience with LSR materials, tooling design, automation, process control, and regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, supplier management, and global engineering projects
• Knowledge of PLM systems and experience in medical, automotive, electronics, or other regulated industries is an advantage
