Job Summary

Lead daily site operations and safety management for a laser cleaning project at a major oil refinery. Supervise rope access teams, manage permit-to-work processes, and ensure compliance with refinery safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and schedule site activities to ensure efficient project execution
• Supervise rope access personnel performing laser cleaning to maintain quality and safety standards
• Manage all daily Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications, including Confined Space, Hot Work, and Working at Heights permits, ensuring full compliance with refinery regulations
• Conduct daily Toolbox Talks and enforce Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to maintain a safe work environment
• Oversee site housekeeping and hazard management to prevent accidents and maintain site order
• Complete company-sponsored training and obtain NEA N3 Laser Safety Certification to enforce Class 4 laser safety boundaries and PPE protocols on-site
• Coordinate communication between refinery inspectors, BKR management, and site technicians to maintain steady project progress

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience supervising site activities or maintenance projects within an oil refinery or petrochemical facility in Singapore
• Proficiency in refinery Permit-to-Work systems with immediate capability to act as a qualified PTW Applicant
• Experience leading high-risk activities such as Confined Space entry, Rope Access, or Working at Heights
• Must not require sponsorship to work in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Valid certifications in Safety Instruction Course (Refinery/Petrochemical), Confined Space Safety Assessor/Supervisor, or Work-at-Height Supervisor
• Willingness to attend company-sponsored training and pass the NEA N3 License Exam for laser safety

• Position Type: 6-Month Contract (Project-Based, potential for conversion to permanent site leadership)
• Compensation: Competitive Monthly Base + Site Allowances (Company-sponsored NEA N3 Training)

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,500.00 per month
