Full Time QUANTITY SURVEYOR Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in ENVIPURE PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the tender preparation and submission
• Carry out quantities taking-off quantities for tendering and sourcing of quotations
• Collate price comparison and costing summary
• Prepare costing of projects, prepare contracts and to ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account with client, suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Be meticulous, cost conscious, independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
• Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fresh Diploma holders with relevant qualifications would be considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor position.
