Job Summary

Manage full accounting functions and financial reporting for Carrington RHT Investments and related entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting audit processes within a leading fund and asset management firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for Carrington RHT Investments, including accounts payable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial records.
• Consolidate accounts of related entities into Carrington RHT Wealth for comprehensive group financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and on schedule to maintain tax compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors by providing schedules, supporting documents, and assistance to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including regulatory submissions required by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
• Act as primary liaison between Fund Administrator and Fund Manager to coordinate accounting, reporting, and operational matters, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting during audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and MAS requirements, including preparation and submission of XBRL filings and Annual Return filings.
• Support the Finance team with ad hoc accounting, financial reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.

Required competencies and certifications

• ACCA qualification (explicitly stated as "ACCA qualified holder").
• At least one year of accounting experience (explicitly stated as "At least one year experience in Accounting job").
