Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing key accounts, building client relationships, and delivering tailored proposals. Collaborate with design teams and maintain market intelligence to exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a minimum annual sales target of $600,000 by actively managing and expanding key accounts in the private sectors (Condominiums, International Schools, Commercial Malls) and public sectors (MOE Schools, Nparks, HDB NRPs and BTOs) Commission is provided on top of basic salary*
• Build and sustain professional relationships with clients, particularly architects and landscape architects, to foster repeat business.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls and schedule appointments to generate new sales opportunities
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to client needs and project requirements
• Conduct regular outreach to potential clients to update them on new products and services, maintaining engagement
• Plan and organize daily work schedules to service existing accounts and establish new accounts by following up on sales leads
• Analyze sales volumes and dealer potential to focus sales efforts strategically
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations referencing price lists and product drawings/specifications to support sales proposals
• Report sales activities and results to management through daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Monitor competitor activities by gathering market intelligence on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
• Recommend product, service, and policy improvements based on competitive analysis and sales results
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and advising management
• Maintain and enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and participating in professional societies
• Support the design team by assisting with design proposals and renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, or Photoshop (optional)
• Flexibly work outside standard hours, including weekends if necessary, to present design proposals, with overtime compensated accordingly
