Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to develop and expand our sales of semiconductor test consumables across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue growth within the semiconductor manufacturing and test industry.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of semiconductor test consumables, OSATs, IDMs, and semiconductor manufacturers, and a proven track record in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, and test sectors.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while strengthening long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new product opportunities and market segments.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience selling semiconductor test consumables, test equipment, or related products.
• Established network with semiconductor manufacturers, OSATs, IDMs, or EMS companies.
• Strong commercial negotiation and account management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of semiconductor testing processes.
• Experience working with ATE platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest, or Cohu.
• Familiarity with semiconductor packaging and backend manufacturing.
• Experience managing regional accounts across Southeast Asia.
