Full Time Compliance Administrative Support Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in JIN HUANG BULLION PTE. LTD. North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

A local Precious Metals Dealing is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to support our Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer and supplier due diligence checks.

• Collect and verify KYC documents and information.

• Maintain proper compliance records and ensure documentation is complete and organised.

• Follow established procedures and compliance requirements when processing documents.

• Follow up on missing or incomplete documents.

• Work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Liaise with the Accounts, Operations and outlet teams on compliance matters.

• Provide general administrative support to the Compliance Department.

• Carry out other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant working experience in administration, compliance or accounting support.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Meticulous, organized, and disciplined in handling documentation.

• Able to work independently while adhering to established processes and procedures.

• Basic understanding of Source of Wealth (SOW)and Source of Fund (SOF) concepts and related documentation is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Prior experience in KYC, AML, precious metals, jewellery or a regulated business would be an advantage.

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio Area
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Salary: $2,600.00 to $3,200.00
