Garden Beau is a premier landscape construction firm in Singapore, specializing in high-quality landscape installation, hardscape execution, and commercial green space maintenance. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Landscape Project Administrator to handle project documentation, technical drafting, and administrative support. Office in Ang Mo Kio.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Project Document Submissions & Document Control:

• Compiling and submitting pre-construction safety and compliance documentation.

• Documenting Control & Tracking: Establish and maintain structured physical and digital filing systems for all project records, material delivery documentation, and variation logs.

• Site Inspections & Meeting Support:

• Attending project site meetings and site walks to record discussion points, take site photos/measurements, prepare meeting minutes, and track outstanding action items.

• Maintenance Reporting & Project Archival:

• Compiling monthly photo inspection reports for ongoing landscape contracts.

• Maintaining systematic digital logs for site variations, Requests for Information, and general project correspondence.

• Technical Drafting & Quantity Take-Offs:

• Preparing and updating Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings using AutoCAD, strictly adhering to project specifications and design directives.

• Extracting accurate material quantities from CAD and PDF drawings for tendering and procurement.

• Maintaining and updating drawing registers to ensure proper version control.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Landscape or equivalent.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/PDF management tools.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in landscape or construction project administration and drafting in Singapore

• Meticulous, structured, and organized with document management and submission deadlines.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English for supplier coordination and email correspondence.
