Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in SAPPHIRE WINDOWS PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The Finance Executive is responsible for supporting the Company's daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective financial controls. The role also supports project accounting and job costing activities within the construction environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing supplier invoices, payment preparation and reconciliation.

• Provide support for Accounts Receivable functions, including billing and invoicing, when required.

• Perform General Ledger postings, bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.

• Maintain the fixed asset register and process depreciation.

• Monitor the Company's cash flow and prepare related reports.

• Assist in audit preparation, tax matters and statutory reporting.

• Support project accounting, including job costing, progress claims, retention accounting and variation orders (VOs).

• Ensure proper accounting treatment and revenue recognition in accordance with SFRS(I) 15 where applicable.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Company policies, accounting standards and statutory requirements.

• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

• Experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.

• Exposure to construction project accounting, progress claims, retention accounting, job costing and variation orders (VOs) is preferred.

• Understanding of GST and Contract Revenue Recognition under SFRS(I) 15 will be an advantage.

• Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
