Job Summary

Support the Human Resources department by managing grant projects, legal administration, HR data, and organizing corporate events to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage various grant projects and salary support programs to ensure compliance and maximize funding benefits
• Research and identify trending grant opportunities to support salary funding initiatives
• Maintain and update a database of incoming payments and generate detailed financial and project reports
• Compile and maintain records related to resignations without notice, breaches of agreements, and accident cases for legal follow-up
• Liaise with law firms to request Letters of Demand (LOD) and coordinate legal case requisitions and payments
• File cases with the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) to claim dues for resignations without notice and monitor payment follow-ups
• Develop and maintain an annual calendar for corporate events and initiatives to promote employee engagement
• Organize and execute quarterly corporate events to foster a positive workplace culture
• Manage HR data and documents, updating internal databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by Management or HR Manager to support departmental operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or Business-related courses preferred
• At least 2 years of related working experience in Human Resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
