Job Summary

You will provide comprehensive HR administrative support, managing documentation, staff records, work pass applications, and assisting with employee enquiries to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HR documents including employment, confirmation, and warning letters to support employee lifecycle management
• Update and maintain accurate staff and leave records with proper documentation and filing for compliance
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure legal workforce compliance
• Apply for levy waivers and declare monthly salaries to MOM to meet regulatory requirements
• Assist in HR activities such as employee orientation, training, and onboarding to facilitate smooth integration
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide timely HR administrative support to resolve issues
• Manage incoming calls professionally to support HR and administrative functions
• Perform assigned ad hoc duties to support HR team and organizational needs
