Full Time Assistant Restaurant Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in FOC RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

• Manage and store vendors’ contracts andinvoices

• Coordinate communication between front of thehouse and back of the house staff

• Prepare shift schedules

• Process payroll for all restaurant staff

• Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provideassistance, as needed

• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly andmonthly costs and revenues

• Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding(scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)

• Monitor compliance with safety and hygieneregulations

• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus

FOC Restaurant is the brain-child of a collaboration between Nandu Jubany, a 1-star Michelin Chef hailing from Barcelona, Jordi Noguera, formerly Head Chef of Foodbar Dada and Dario Knox, an award winning mxologist formerly from W Barcelona and Catalunya restaurant in Singapore.

The restaurant offers a Catalan/Mediterranian style cusine offered on small plates in a bar setting, combined with a fine selection of specially crafted cocktails as well as wines and spirits.

Foc means "'fire" in the Catalan language (Barcelona region in Spain). We hope to bring a bit of the passion, street vibe and energy from the lively Barcelona tapas scene to Singapore.
