Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty and personal care services to clients, including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, threading, slimming, and other beauty treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the treatment area and equipment.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service.
- Explain treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories.
- Handle appointment scheduling and assist with daily operations when required.
- Promote and recommend suitable beauty products and services to clients.
- Keep up to date with the latest beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and according to company standards and procedures.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
