Job Descriptions:

• Prepare quotations / Commercial Proposal

• Compile Supporting Documents for Tender / Proposal submission

• Follow Up and Negotiate on contract

• Prepare, Submit and Follow Up on Progress Claim, Tax Invoice and Payment Collection

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent from a recognized university

• At least 2 Year (s) of working experience with strong knowledge of Local Construction Practices

• Effective Communication Skills and Enjoy Interacting with people at all levels

• Positive Attitudes / Drive for Result and Willing to Learn

• Good Self-Discipline and Ownership of Task
