Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation
  • Responsible to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation
  • Responsible for taking off quantity for both tender & ongoing projects
  • Responsible for promptly submission of progress claims and reports
  • Responsible for maintenance of proper documentation
  • To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters.
  • Other Quantity Surveyor duties as assigned
