The Event Executive manage and support events and engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with members and partners, enhance stakeholder engagement, and contribute to the achievement of organisational objectives.
The role involves coordinating event planning and execution, managing communications with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of engagement activities that support the organisation's strategic goals.
Job Description:
Manage and support Institute’s corporate and social events by planning and overseeing the end-to-end execution in virtual, physical and hybrid settings.
Preparation and management of events operating budget, vendors and procurement process.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as part of events planning and management, which includes logistical arrangements, giving inputs and suggestions while ensuring events requirements are met and live event execution.
Manage and support events led by the department to ensure timely and effective progress
Support team members’ events and projects where required
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management of related discipline.
Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a related field will have an advantage.
Meticulous, resourceful, and innovative, with a positive and proactive work attitude.
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and projects.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Basic knowledge of event management and virtual meetings/ webinar platforms would be an advantage.
