Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in STEEL TEK PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements based on drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures are within approved budgets.
• Review contracts, project documents, and procurement requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on cost-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other quantity surveying and contract administration duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, contracts, and cost management practices.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in quantity surveying, tendering, cost estimation, or contract administration will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant working experience will be given priority consideration.
