Full Time Hr Manager Jobs, in Treetops Executive Residences - Maukerja

Responsibilities

Reporting to General Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including and not limited to Recruitment & Retention, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal and Training & Development.

• Review and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Work with department heads on manpower planning & disciplinary matters.
• Good understanding of the labour law and regulatory requirements.
• Organize staff events & activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in an Assistant Manager/ Managerial position in hospitality industry
• Self-initiated, independent and effective team member
• Meticulous with good organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Timesoft payroll system is an advantage
• Display professionalism, proactiveness and enthusiastic attitude
