Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated and hands-on individuals to join our team as a Assistant Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
Ensure the highest standards of food, beverage and service quality are consistently met
Assist in maintaining restaurant equipment, ensuring functionality, cleanliness and safety
Collaborate with the BOH team on food presentation, kitchen procedures and service-related areas
Coordinate departmental responsibilities and follow up on operational tasks
Follow proper procedures and be meticulous in completing secondary duties assigned
Train, guide, and motivate both FOH and BOH staff
Monitor guest feedback, address complaints promptly and implement corrective actions when necessary
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in F&B
Able to perform multi-tasks and manage daily operational responsibilities effectively
Adhere to workplace safety and hygiene practices at all times
Enjoys challenges and able to perform well under pressure
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid Food Safety Course (Level 3) Certificate is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on weekend and public holidays
Job position is ONLY applicable to Singaporean/PR/PLOC
