Job Description

Responsibilities

About your role

Hands-on experience across multiple engineering functions — product, deployment, and solutions — working with real systems and customers.

Application / Product Engineering

  • Support product requirement definition, feature analysis, and product testing.
  • Translate customer problems and operational needs into clear engineering inputs.
  • Assist with system integration, debugging, and performance validation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to validate product functionality and usability.
  • Contribute to internal tooling, test automation, or documentation improvements.


Deployment

  • Assist with Augmentus system deployment in customer environments.
  • Support system testing, troubleshooting, and real-world issue resolution.
  • Learn to diagnose and resolve integration, performance, and operational challenges.


Solutions Engineering

  • Support solution design and technical validation for customer use cases.
  • Assist with technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and project coordination.
  • Participate in hardware setup, testing, and system validation.
  • Help prepare technical documentation and deployment reports for customer projects.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics).
  • Strong interest in engineering, technology, and what the company builds.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements and changing priorities.
  • Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt across different roles.
  • Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ideally able to commit a minimum of 6 months


Good to have

  • Familiarity with robotic hardware components and sensors.
  • Previous experience with robotic programming or automation projects.
  • Understanding of control systems and sensors used in industrial automation.
  • Knowledge of CAD software for basic mechanical design tasks.
  • Passion for technology, robotics, and innovation.
