Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with jersey orders, design requirements, product selection, pricing and order details.

Prepare basic jersey designs using Canva based on customers’ requirements. Training will be provided.

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, design confirmation and order progress.

Recommend suitable products, packages or add-ons to customers when appropriate.

Handle customer requests, questions and complaints patiently and professionally.

Ensure all customer information, order details and design requirements are accurately recorded.

Maintain good communication and provide a positive customer experience throughout the ordering process.
