Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven Business Development / Sales experience, preferably within a Recruitment Agency, IT Consulting, IT Services, or Staffing company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Experience in B2B client acquisition and business development, with a strong focus on generating new business.
• Proven track record in identifying prospects, generating fresh leads, engaging decision-makers, and converting prospects into active clients.
• Experience engaging with HR leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, business heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Strong ability to identify business opportunities, generate qualified requirements, onboard new clients, and build long-term relationships.
• Target-driven, proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Demand Generation: Identify and onboard new clients while generating business opportunities across sectors.
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market assessments to evaluate growth potential, creating and implementing business plans for market entry and expansion.
• Inside Sales Leadership: Lead the inside sales team by managing recruitment, training, task delegation, performance evaluations, and feedback delivery.
• Revenue Growth: Drive business growth and increase market share through innovative and effective sales strategies.
• Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic account plans, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with top-tier clients.
