Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize store listings, pricing, and product content on TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Centers
  • Plan and execute promotions, flash sales, vouchers, and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate live-selling schedules and work with affiliates/KOLs on TikTok Shop
  • Monitor GMV, conversion rate, ad spend (ROAS), and other key sales metrics
  • Manage order fulfillment quality — cancellation rate, return rate, shipping lead time
  • Liaise with TikTok/Shopee platform account managers for campaign slots and joint business plans
  • Analyze competitor activity and adjust store strategy accordingly
  • Report weekly/monthly performance to management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
