Procurement Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in NORTHERN BORNEO ENGINEERING SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the coordination of purchasing activities, supporting senior staff in procurement processes.

2. Help in preparing procurement documents and purchase orders under the guidance of senior staff.

3. Adhere to the company's procurement policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

4. Support in reviewing, comparing, and analysing products and services to be purchased.

5. Aid in inventory management, ensuring materials are adequately stocked and recorded.

6. Keep accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and other procurement-related data.

7. Help maintain updated supplier information in the company database.

8. Assist senior staff in building relationships with suppliers and attend necessary meetings or negotiations.

9. Support the research of prospective suppliers under the direction of senior team members.

10. Contribute to the preparation of reports and other documentation related to procurement activities.

11. Ensure materials are delivered on time to project sites and assist in addressing any delivery-related issues.

Requirements and Skills:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.

- Entry-level or up to 1 year of experience in a related field is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Good communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt.

- Must possess a valid driving and/or riding license.

- Assisting senior team members to ensure project tasks related to material deliveries are executed smoothly.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
