RESPONSIBILITIES:

Equipment Maintenance & Reliability

1. Responsible for equipment maintenance and ensure machine failures are resolved as soon as possible.

2. To identify potential equipment issues in advance through routine specialized equipment inspection.

3. Respond promptly to equipment failures and develop effective spare parts management plans.

4. Continuously improve equipment operational efficiency.

5. Perform daily equipment inspections according to the checklists and accurately record the findings.

6. Troubleshoot minor equipment abnormalities and restore equipment operation.

People Development

7. To enhance the maintenance skills of production technicians.

Workplace Organization & Compliance

8. responsible for maintaining 5S in the production process.

Other Tasks

9. Any other duties and projects to be assigned by the Superior/ Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

· Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Experience:

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.

· Hands-on knowledge of Mechanical & electrical skills.

· Knowledge in ISO 9001:2016, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2018 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements, is an advantage.

Other Personal Capabilities:

· Attention to detail.

· Good communication skill.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
