Full Time Technical Supervisor (3bt3Ph) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in Erast Pte Ltd East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

About the Roles

We are seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee electrical and lighting installation projects in the East. This permanent role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30am to 6:15pm, with a competitive package of basic salary up to $3,500 plus performance bonus. You will lead technical teams, manage on-site installation activities, and ensure lighting systems are delivered safely and effectively according to project requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise Technical Assistants in carrying out electrical and lighting installation works at project sites.
• Perform electrical wiring, cabling, rewiring, and lighting fixture installation works.
• Assemble, install, operate, inspect, and test electrical wiring systems and lighting fixtures.
• Ensure completed installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical wiring and lighting systems on-site.
• Carry out repair, maintenance, and rectification works to maintain safe and reliable lighting operations.
• Plan daily site activities and assign tasks to team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor installation progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and relevant parties on technical and installation matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Professional Certificate, Nitec, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related discipline.
• Have at least 8 years of experience in Singapore performing electrical installation works for commercial offices or buildings, and/or at least 3 years of supervisory experience in electrical installation works for commercial offices or buildings.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in electrical wiring, cabling, lighting fixture installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair works.
• Able to interpret and work with electrical drawings and installation specifications.
• Possess strong leadership abilities with experience managing technical or installation teams.
• Have good troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and across different project sites.
