Full Time Data Analysis Intern Jobs, in Club Med SAS - Maukerja

We are seeking for a motivated person to assist our In Resort Experience and Sales Manager with the data analysis of our profit centers for ESAP resorts. He will gain hands-on experience in working with sales data, work on local revenue priorities in hospitality and understand sales initiatives that directly impact our local revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly profit center analysis

• Gather and organize data related to all profit center centers of ESAP Resorts
• Coordinate with relevant stake holders in resort team (Finance Manager, Sales Manager…) on obtaining relevant information and data
• Prepare the monthly reports on profit center performance and overall income

2. Incentive program:

• Support on the monthly incentive calculation in coordination with the Regional Business control team and the finance managers in resorts
• Collect the best sellers for each profit center in all ESAP resorts every month
• Support on communicating with key stakeholders on incentives payments

3. Reporting and Documentation:

• Update the APAC Advantages & Discount file and coordinate with the various departments
• Contribute to the establishment of benchmark for spa, boutique, excursion…

4. Special Projects Support:

• Support In resort Sales team on preparing presentations and seminars
• Support on update bi-yearly shop catalog and new collections update
• Support on other projects related to Resort profit centers based on BU priorities

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of budgeting, and data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint...
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
