Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,400 in ROCKMANN PTE LTD Yishun - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• • Able to plan, implement and monitor work schedule for all necessary sites
• • Ability to source for suppliers / sub-cons for smooth operation on site
• • Independent & able to resolve any technical difficulties & problem may arise on site
• • Ensure operation are carried out timely, smoothly and safely for handling over to clients
• • Prepare & responsible for all necessary site safety procedures and documentation to authorize
• • Correspondence & Liaising with clients' representatives, authorities department, Main-contractors, Sub-con, suppliers & in house workers
• • Prepare site program chart for management review regularly
• • Attend show round / site meetings as & when require
• • Other related duties assign by company from time to time
• • Conduct setting out and mark level on site
• • Work closely with workers, subcontractors

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree with 2 - 3 years Relevant experience in Building construction
• Possess good communication skill for effective follow-up and attention to details
• Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner
• Display maturity and able to handle stress
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Enthusiastic team player
