Full Time Purchasing Officer [HDB Project] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in L.S. CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Source materials, equipment, and supplies in accordance with operational requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing for suitable terms and conditions
• Initiate and support vendor assessment and evaluation exercises.
• Maintain approved sub-contractors/suppliers listing
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Any other adhoc responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement
• Good knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
