Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and pricing based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost plans, and budget estimates for tender submissions and project execution.
Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare recommendation reports for management review.
Prepare, submit, and monitor progress claims, payment applications, and final accounts to ensure timely payment.
Administer contractual matters, including variations, claims, extension of time (EOT) submissions (where applicable), and contractual correspondence.
Monitor project costs and budgets, identify cost variances, and recommend cost-effective solutions to maximize project profitability.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, project specifications, and relevant statutory requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, variations, and supporting documentation.
Prepare project close-out documentation, including final account settlement, contract completion, and handover documentation.
