Job Responsibilities

• Conduct training for outlet staff based on company SOPs
• Perform outlet audits on food safety, hygiene, service & operations
• Identify training needs and implement improvement plans
• Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance staff performance
• Assess staff competency and recommend refresher training
• Work closely with outlet managers to maintain operational standards
• Prepare training records, audit reports & performance documentation
• Review and improve SOPs and training materials

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B operations, training, QA or similar role
• Experience in multi-outlet F&B environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
• Experience in conducting audits and coaching frontline staff
• Good communication, presentation & problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel between outlets
