Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in SIONG YU SENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey with min 3 years of relevant experience in construction related industry
• Manage Pre-tender to post-contract stages
• Preparing contract documents, working on quantities, taking off measurement, providing costing, estimates and managing cost information
• Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts
• Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement
• Take-off quantity for projects
• Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Price comparison and costing summary
• To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments
