Full Time People Group Trainee Jobs, in Enfrasys Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

People Group Trainee is to support the AI and automation-enabled transformation of the Employee Lifecycle and Employee Experience (EX) across People Group and Office Administration. This role is responsible for building dashboards, automating workflows, and generating data driven insights, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, transparency, and employee experience.

Data Analytics & Dashboard Development

• Build dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) on key metrics such as attrition, hiring, overtime, and productivity
• Perform data processing including extraction, cleaning and visualization
• Translate data into actionable insights with clear observations and recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely update across all reporting outputs.

AI & Automation - Employee Lifecycle

• Identify manual/repetitive PCCS processes and propose automation solutions
• Build automation workflows using tools such as power automate, RPA, AI-enabled solutions
• Support automation across lifecycle stages eg: onboarding (checklist), employee process (leave, claims, notification), offboarding (clearance tracking, documentation)
• Test, documents and support deployment of automation solutions

Employee Experience (EX) Analytics

• Analyze lifecycle data to identify process gaps, delays and inefficiencies
• Develop simple EX dashboard and summaries
• Provide actionable recommendations

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Map existing workflow and identify improvement areas
• Proposed enhancement using automation or standardization
• Support implementation and track impact of improvement where applicable

Documentation & Reporting

• Document dashboards, workflows, and processes clearly
• Present outputs (dashboard/demo/insights) to the team or management
• Ensure all deliverables are structured and reusable after internship

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Degree or Master Programme (Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
• Strong interest in AI, automation and data analytics in business/HR environments
• Hands-on exposure (academic or project) to Power BI, Excell or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, scripting) is an advantage
• Ability to work with data (cleaning, structuring, analyzing and visualising)
• Strong-problem solving mindset and ability to identify inefficiencies
• Good communication skills to explain outputs clearly to non-technical users
• Proactive, self-drive and able to deliver outputs within a 3-month project timeline.
