We are looking for an AI Intern who is curious, proactive and excited to apply artificial intelligence to real business operations.

This is not an internship where you only observe or complete basic administrative work. You will participate in real projects involving dashboards, workflow automation, data analysis and AI-powered business solutions.

You will work closely with different departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Management, to identify problems and build practical solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.

Transportation note: Public transport access is mainly by bus. The nearest LRT station is approximately a 30-minute walk from the office.

·       Assist in building business dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Management.

·       Clean, organise and analyse data from internal systems, spreadsheets and online platforms.

·       Create workflow automation to reduce repetitive manual tasks.

·       Apply AI tools to improve reporting, data processing, research and internal workflows.

·       Assist in connecting data between platforms, systems and business tools.

·       Develop simple AI-powered solutions for internal business use.

·       Support the team in testing, troubleshooting and improving dashboards and automation.

·       Conduct research on new AI tools, software and automation platforms.

·       Document workflows, project requirements and user instructions.

·       Prepare simple Standard Operating Procedures for completed AI projects.

·       Gather feedback from users and improve systems based on actual business needs.

·       Participate in real business projects and present project progress to the management team.

Depending on business needs, you may be involved in projects such as:

·       Sales performance dashboards

·       Stock and inventory monitoring systems

·       Automated weekly management reports

·       Customer and dealer data analysis

·       Marketing campaign performance dashboards

·       E-commerce data consolidation

·       Automated notifications and task reminders

·       AI-assisted customer service workflows

·       Internal knowledge base and SOP systems

·       Data integration between Google Sheets, Lark, Autocount and other platforms

·       Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field.

·       Interested in AI, data, automation and business technology.

·       Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.

·       Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.

·       Able to learn new software and AI tools independently.

·       Responsible, organised and able to complete projects within deadlines.

·       Good communication and teamwork skills.

·       Willing to test ideas, learn from mistakes and continuously improve.

Experience with any of the following is an advantage, but not compulsory:

·       Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or other similar AI tools

·       Looker Studio, Power BI or dashboard tools

·       Make, Zapier, n8n or workflow automation platforms

·       Python, JavaScript, SQL or basic programming

·       API integration

·       Database management

·       Prompt engineering

·       Data visualisation

·       No-code or low-code tools

·       Hands-on experience working on real AI and automation projects.
