Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and production of financial and brand-focused content across global social media platforms
• Develop distinctive content IPs that resonate with international audiences and strengthen the brand’s industry influence and thought leadership.
• Own the full production lifecycle, from topic development, research, and scriptwriting to guest/expert coordination, on-site directing, post-production, and visual packaging.
• Set and maintain high standards for storytelling, production quality, and audience engagement while balancing professional depth with entertainment value.
• Stay ahead of global social media trends, financial and business narratives, cultural nuances, and emerging topics across key international markets.
• Leverage AI-powered text, audio, video, and visual tools to enhance multilingual content creation, scripting, production workflows, and visual development.
• Work closely with content strategy, production, design, and compliance teams to ensure efficient execution and high-quality output.
• Take ownership of key content performance metrics, including views, engagement, audience growth, and brand impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program production experience, with experience in directing documentaries or well-known editorial series. Proven track record of successful programs on social media platforms， financial/business content, are preferred.
• Strong interest in and foundational knowledge of finance, commercial, or technology-related fields.
• Strong storytelling and narrative skills, a strong command of visual language and social media sensibilities, with proven ability in conducting interviews, directing on-site productions, and managing post-production editing rhythm.
• Capable of handling diverse storytelling formats across both long-form and short-form video content.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools, such as AI translation/voice-over, AI script generation, and visual concept generation, to overseas and/or financial content creation.

Portfolio Requirements: Applicants must provide a portfolio of social media programs that they personally led in planning and/or directing, including relevant performance metrics.
