Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs
- Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard
- Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line incase of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift
- Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPE/T to resolve
- Process route creation/release and maintenance
- Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance)
- Support new product releases, Support Production tools releases(PCRB) technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies
- To monitor and work with PI/UPE to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters
- Lead/support Technology Synchronization
- Own/Maintenance of technology FMEA
- Deviation management Fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion
- Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics with PMX group
- Provide expert knowledge on risk assessment on product quality and reliability (MRB)
- Knowledge exchange (IFX) and knowledge transfers within IFKM
- Be able to provide support or leadership for cross technology group projects
Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry
- Minimum 6-8 Year of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred
- Advanced level of Knowledge of PI analysis tools
- Advanced level of knowledge in semiconductors physics of relevant power/IC technologies
- In depth knowledge in 8D and other problem solving tools, Advanced statistical analysis. Six Sigma (preferably), Project management, Leading team skills, DOE
- Knowledge of unit processes and its influence on product, test methods for specific Technology, knowledge on product applications, knowledge of quality and reliability of products, knowledge of FEBE integration and interdependencies
- Lead internal yield/quality improvement team/8D team
- Be able to lead cross technology improvement team project
