Kerja Sepenuh Masa Customer Service Coordinator (Export), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Synergy Worldwide Forwarding Selangor - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Handle export customer service from booking until shipment departure
• Receive and process customers' shipping instructions
• Coordinate vessel bookings with shipping lines / NVOCC
• Prepare and check export documentation, including:
• Shipping instructions
• Bill of Lading
• Commercial invoice / packing list
• Certificate of Origin where applicable
• Customs-related documents
• Coordinate with customs declaration team for export clearance
• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, warehouse and customers
• Monitor container pickup, stuffing, gate-in and vessel departure
• Follow up on SI submission deadlines and VGM
• Monitor vessel schedules, rollovers, delays and transshipment issues
• Update customers on shipment status
• Check freight charges and coordinate with accounts for billing
• Handle amendments to bookings and shipping documents
• Resolve customer issues and operational problems
• Maintain proper shipment records and filing
• Ensure customers receive timely pre-alerts and shipping documents

Requirements

Minimum:

• 1–2 years' experience in freight forwarding / shipping / logistics
• Export documentation experience
• Familiar with shipping lines and container operations
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures
• Able to communicate with customers professionally
• Good Excel and email skills

Preferred:

• Experience handling FCL/LCL/Airfreight export shipments
• Familiar with Bill of Lading / SI / VGM
• Experience dealing directly with shipping lines
• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Experience with overseas agents / cross-trade shipments

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
