Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning.
• Broad understanding of business functions including sales, finance, and technical operations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
• Results-driven and target-oriented.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategy

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term business development strategies.
• Drive achievement of revenue targets, budgets, and overall business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including new markets, products, partnerships, joint ventures, investments, and M&A opportunities.
• Lead market expansion initiatives into new regions and business segments.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
• Identify potential opportunities, risks, and emerging market developments.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches to secure new clients.
• Manage new customer onboarding and order processes.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders.

Product & Project Management

• Support new product development initiatives and costing processes.
• Oversee the execution of new business deals and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Monitor project progress and address issues that may affect business outcomes.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Technical, and R&D.
• Engage team members to achieve business targets and project outcomes.
• Provide leadership and direction for business development initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities

• Handle assigned projects, strategic initiatives, and other tasks as directed by Management.
