Full Time SITE SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in SINARJAYA KAPITAL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

1. Site Management : Manage, supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, including subcontractors, workforce, trades and material deliveries, to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of works between different trades and subcontractors.

2. Quality Control : Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, architectural drawings and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections, identify defective or incomplete works, and follow up with subcontractors on necessary rectification works.

3. Safety Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular site safety inspections and ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices are maintained at all times.

4. Scheduling & Progress Monitoring : Assist in planning and sequencing site activities to achieve project milestones. Monitor actual site progress against the construction programme, identify potential delays and report any issues promptly to the Project Manager, together with proposed solutions where appropriate.

5. Subcontractor & Workforce Coordination : Monitor the daily performance, manpower and work progress of subcontractors and site workers. Coordinate with different trades to ensure works are carried out according to the required sequence, quality and programme.

6. Materials & Resource Control : Monitor material deliveries, storage and usage at site. Ensure materials delivered are in accordance with the required specifications and highlight any shortage, wastage or delivery issues that may affect project progress.

7. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate daily site diaries, progress reports, site photographs, manpower records, material delivery records and other relevant site documentation. Provide regular updates on site progress, issues and outstanding matters to the Project Manager.

8. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues promptly to minimize disruption to the project schedule. Escalate technical, quality, safety or coordination issues to the Project Manager or relevant consultants when necessary.

9. Stakeholder Communication : Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors and site workforce on day-to-day site matters. Assist in coordinating site inspections and liaising with relevant external parties when required.

10. Defect Rectification & Handover : Assist with final inspections, preparation of defect lists and follow-up of rectification works to ensure the projects are completed to the required quality standards and are ready for handover.

11. Multi-Site Supervision : Travel to and supervise the Company’s various project sites as required.

Qualifications and Experience

· Minimum of 3 years of proven site supervision experience in the construction industry

· Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent is an advantage but not mandatory

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety protocols

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions

· Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to different project sites as required
