Job Description & Requirements

Reporting to the Centre Supervisor, you will work collaboratively to support the daily operations of the assigned Active Ageing Centre (AAC), ensuring its activities and services align with the objectives set by funders and Loving Heart (LH).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering activities and services that support the health, social engagement, and well-being of seniors in the community.
• Conduct outreach to identify socially isolated or vulnerable seniors
• Manage volunteers in delivering activities and services.
• Prepare reports and programme evaluations
• Track programme outcomes and participation rates.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in programme facilitation, operational duties.
• WSQ qualification & above.
• Comfortable with MS Office 365.
• Experience in direct operational roles, facilitation of programmes.
• Able to carry and transport programme equipment (such as tables and chairs) as required for programme operations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and capable of working independently.

Pay: $2,650.00 - $2,900.00 per month
