Responsibilities

• Plan operational activities and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve timely and efficient production outcomes
• Streamline workflows to improve process efficiency and reduce bottlenecks in production
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste
• Develop detailed production schedules aligned with demand and capacity
• Establish and implement production processes to maintain consistent quality standards
• Monitor production progress to ensure final products are delivered on schedule and meet quality requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing production lines
• Experience in mattress manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
