Job Description

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling outsourcing project operations, managing candidate rosters and timesheets, supporting recruitment activities, and handling related HR and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage processes and operations for projects

• Create accurate job descriptions to attract suitable candidates

• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates

• Conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates

• Prepare and support administrative documentations

• Any other adhoc jobs assigned by supervisor

We are looking for people with:

• Higher Nitec in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently as well as a team

• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
