Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager by managing project costs and administration, preparing tender documents, monitoring progress payments, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs through pre-contract and post-contract administration to support effective budget control
• Prepare tender documents to facilitate competitive and compliant bidding processes
• Monitor project costing and progress payments to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
• Compile site progress reports and maintain client documentation for transparent project communication
• Assist with overall project coordination by scheduling activities and managing documentation to support timely delivery
• Facilitate communication and coordination among consultants, contractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve issues
• Prepare for and attend meetings with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking
• Ensure all project work is completed on time and within the approved budget by monitoring schedules and deliverables
